Our job as the Senior Leadership Team of Waipahihi School is one that we are excited about holding. It is our role to lead from the centre and keep our team and community connected and challenged with our core vision - "Immersed in Learning". Our overall goal is to create a stunning learning community for all those connected with it, but most importantly for the children. Our school is a place that that not only encourages and aspires to create success for all, but to be one all learners enjoy being at and a part of.

With strong professional relationships our team is able to develop problem solving skills that enable effective and sustainable change that support continued school and learning improvement! We
want our children to show initiative and to have passion for their own learning in a safe and happy social and culturally rich environment. To accomplish this our teachers also show initiative and have passion for their own learning in a professionally challenging environment that examples mutual accountability.
